For ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) Light Type conductors, there are several types of strain clamps available:
1.NY-Q Hydraulic Compression Strain Clamp for ACSR Light Type Conductors: This type of strain clamp is used specifically for ACSR Light Type conductors. The clamp body and jumper are made of Aluminum Alloy, and other parts are forged steel with Hot Dip Galvanization processing.
2.Quadrant Strain Clamp - Aluminum (SD130S): This is an aluminum bolted deadend for transmission line construction with all aluminum, ACSR or aluminum alloy conductor, or for Alumoweld shield wire. It has a clamping range of 0.460"-0.940" and the ultimate body strength is 30,000 lb.
