Projects Background：
Les réseaux de distribution de la ville de Kinshasa sont sujets à beaucoup de problèmes d’exploitation.
La vétusté et la surcharge des équipements et des canalisations MT et BT ne permettent pas d’alimenter en toute fiabilité tant les charges existantes que les nouvelles.
La SNEL sur fonds propres préfinance un programme de remise en conformité de ces réseaux de distribution afin de fiabiliser la desserte en énergie électrique dans la ville de Kinshasa.
De manière brève, la charge de la ville de Kinshasa est alimentée principalement par deux systèmes de distribution primaire :
Le système 220/30/6,6 kV, composé des postes sources, également nommés postes d’injection 220/30kV de Liminga, de Lingwala et de Maluku ainsi que du poste 132/30 kV de Badiadingi qui fournissent l’énergie à la boucle 30 kV, celle-ci alimentant à son tour le réseau de distribution 6,6 kV.Ce système supporte environ 65% de la charge de la Ville.
Le système 220/20 kV qui alimente le nouveau réseau de distribution 20 kV comporte trois postes d’injection 220/20 kV (Funa,Utexco et Makala) et sera très prochainement renforcé par celui de Kimbanseke en cours de construction dans le cadre du projet EASE .
Il est prévu dans le plan directeur de la SNEL que le réseau 20 kV, actuellement en phase de développement, remplace complètement le réseau 6,6 kV.

Le Directeur Général était sur terrain à Kabezi pour suivre les travaux de construction de la ligne trente (30)KV Kabezi – poste Kanyosha qui va être bientôt fonctionnelle : elle va transporter dix(10) Mw produite par la Centrale hydroélectrique de Ruzibazi et, au finish, la Regideso vise acheminer la totalité de l’énergie produite par les trois(3) groupes de cette Centrale.
Le 1er groupe de 5Mw a commencé à produire fin avril 2022 et le dernier fin Mai. Aujourd’hui, 5MW de cette centrale sont déjà injectés dans le réseau électrique du sud du pays. L’énergie restante va être injectée dans le réseau via Bujumbura.
Enfin, l’ autre souci du Directeur Général est la protection de l’environnement pendant l’abattage des arbres, la fixation des poteaux métalliques le long du corridor de la ligne 30kv. Le respect des normes environnementales reste de mise.

The project, which is expected o be completed by the end of 2023, includes the construction of a dual fuel diesel power generation station and associated works and accessories, the expansion and development of the transmission network, the measurements, protection, control, and communication systems, and consulting services.
